Peggy has been in the Title and Escrow business since 2005. She started in the business as an abstractor and quickly moved into the role of closer. With a small office of only three people, she was taught how to examine title. In 2017, she became part owner with Rex Kirksey. Then last year (2018), she purchased the membership interest held by Rex’s estate and became full owner. All though she is the “boss” she continues to abstract, close and examine files. Customers are always happy that she has time to visit with them and help them through their transaction.

Peggy was born and raised in the Quay County area. She is well acquainted with many of the farming and ranching families as her family was involved in the industry.

Peggy and her husband Jonathan have three beautiful kids and two grand kids. The oldest, Brooke and her boys live in Texas. Kaden and Kaylee are in middle school and keep their parents busy with sports and other activities in the Community.

Peggy currently serves on the NMLTA Board as Agent at Large Director and is Co-Chair for the Membership Committee. Her goals for her term on the Board is to increase membership and help the Independent Agents with any issues they are having in the industry.

Brooke has worked in the First Title Services since 2021. She is learning more and more with each day. She currently does all the data entry for the files along with document preparation. Brooke will continue to learn and each area of the title insurance field in efforts to gain understanding of all aspects of the company.

Brooke was raised in Quay County area and is a 2009 graduate of Tucumcari High School. She is well acquainted with the people of the area as well as the surrounding areas. Brooke is a mother to three children, Braden, Brandon and Peyton and bonus mom to Cooper, Carissa. She currently lives in Lubbock Texas and works remotely for the company.
